Butterfly Pea Tea Brewing Method 1

Ingredients: 1 Cup water, 5 -6 Butterfly Pea Flowers, 2 Tablespoons Honey, 1 -2 Lemon Slices , optional juice

  • Take out 5-6 pcs butterfly pea flower buds each time from the bag, put it in a tea filter bag or tea pot with filter.
  • Pour in boiling water (approx. 90-100°C) and let it brew for 3-5 mins and serve to drink when it is warm.
  • Can add in 1-2 teaspoon of honey and slices of lemon with juice squeeze in, the blue butterfly pea tea when added and blend with acidic fruit juice it will slowly turn purple and pink. Best serve cold.

蝶豆花泡法一

材料:蝶豆花,柠檬,蜂蜜

做法:

1) 取出五六朵干蝶豆花,放入玻璃茶具中,建议玻璃茶具,最好选用有滤网的。

2) 在沸开水里泡上三到五分钟左右,泡出的茶汤是淡淡的蓝色。这时可能取出滤网,这样蝴蝶花就和水分开了。

3) 如果觉得单独的蝶豆花味道太淡,可以在壶里加入两片新鲜柠檬和少许蜂蜜,然后将滤网放回壶里继续泡两三分钟,这时蝶豆花里的天然色素继续发挥作用,花朵的颜色变淡了,而茶汤就变成了高贵雅致的紫粉色。

Butterfly Pea Tea Brewing Method 2

Ingredients: 200ml of sprite/ ice-cream soda water , 5 -6 Butterfly Pea Flowers, 2 Tablespoons Honey, 1 -2 Lemon Slices , optional juice

  • Take out 5-6 pcs butterfly pea flower buds each time from the bag, pour in boiling water (approx. 90-100°C) and let it brew for 5-6 mins till deep blue
  • Filter off the flower buds and pour out the butterfly pea  water into a 350-500 ml cup, add in ice cubes till the tip of the cup
  • Slowly pour in the sprite or ice-cream soda water and add in the squeeze lemon/lime/ yuzu juice, this drink will show 3 layers of colors (colorless> purple> blue) and when blend the appearance will slowly turn purple and pink. Best serve cold.

蝶豆花 泡法二                 

 材料:蝶豆花,冰块,苏打水/雪碧,柠檬汁

做法:

1) 蝶豆花加开水泡开,静止几分钟,就能得到满满的花青素

2) 将蝶豆花的茶水倒进出品的杯子中,加冰块至满杯,沿着冰块缓缓加入苏打水/雪碧满杯。(甜味根据自己的口味适当添加蜂蜜)

3) 倒入事先挤出的柠檬汁,加一片柠檬装饰,首先会出现渐层再等柠檬汁与蝶豆花接触后就会慢慢的呈现紫色或粉红色, 也就可以看见一杯自动分层的梦幻星空饮料了。
